Back from the Barber

My brother got a new haircut. Thought it was worthy of a portrait.

Neglect...

I know. I have seriously been neglecting this thing. I need to start getting my act together. I've been looking around at some other photo blogs and photo websites which has encouraged me to get out and start taking some new photos. I know I can do better. On a side note, I was walking through the alley to work the other day and came across this. I didn't have my proper camera with me so I took this with my phone (Sharp 903). I added a bit of blur in Photoshop.

Park Pt. 2

I headed out to the park again today to enjoy some of the beautiful weather we've been having. It was an even nicer day than the last. We managed to get right down to the water this time. There was a small cove that had an even smaller gravel beach. That's were these were taken.

Park Pt. 1

Wow, logging in today made me realise how long it's been since I updated. Oh well. I went to the ocean again today to a park I had previously been unaware of. It's not an especially popular park (probably due to the fact that it isn't well known) but I'll definitely be going back again soon. I've posted some extra images today to make up for the lack of updates...

Golden Hour

I managed to make it outside before the sun went down today.  It was giving off its last bit of light and saturated everything with this golden glow.  I love taking photos during this time of day.

On the Waterfront

It was a beautiful day yesterday.  Easily the best of the year, weather wise.  I was out side for a good part of the day but didn't shoot anything I liked until the evening.  For some reason I'm more inspired by the look of the city at night rather than during the day.  I'll try and post some more images later on today.

Night in the Neighbourhood
